By using this website you agree to be bound by any terms and/or conditions listed in any part of this website. If you disagree with any of the terms, you have the right and obligation to stop using the website. This site is provided through Ecrater, an online market place; by using this site you are also agreeing to their terms as well. (See http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php.)Payment:
Payment is processed through PayPal. You do not have to sign up for a PayPal account to pay through them.
Digital files Shipping:
.ZIP files are digital items and will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provide at the time of your purchase.
.ZIP are processed daily and in the order they are purchased.
This does not guarantee that you will not receive it in your Spam folder. If you think you have not received an item, please check your spam to make sure you did not miss it. Thank you!
Returns:
There are no returns at digital files. If you have trouble with a product, please contact me for friendly assistance.

- Commercial license included in the price.
- Unlimited sales.
- Attribution not required, but appreciated.

Physical items:
Shipping Methods creativepetra shop:
I use custom shipping method, in my country it's PostNL. I have good experience with this company, inside and outside my country. They are called "priority" outside my country.
PLEASE NOTE: All the letterbox packages will be sent with a tracking number (except for the envelopes what are sent in the Netherlands). Taxes/duties, VAT, or Customs charges levied by the buyer's country are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges or how/when they are applied.
Shipping Time:
Netherlands: 2 - 8 Business days
EU Country: 4 - 10 Business days
Everywhere else: 5 - 15 Business days.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them, as Christmas volumes, bad weather, or customs, could cause delays.
But please contact me if you didn't receive your order within shipping time. And i am willing to help you to solve it.
Packaging:
I try to use recycled materials for inner packaging where possible. That include, bubblewrap and honeycomb packaging paper.
And i use a strong bubble envelope for stickers and other small items like keychains. All the other items will be shipped in a
strong mailbox. All my items are wrapped in white tissue paper.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements:
I can't unfortunately replace any order / product. Most orders are handmade by me, and i don't have a big stock from every item.
- Request a cancellation:
You (buyer) can request a cancellation before the item is shipped without any reason given.
- If the buyer (you) don't like the item:
You can only return the product if you did not opened or damaged the product package, and did not worn the jewelry. Or i can't accept returns.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery so i know that you want to sent the product back to me.
- You have to sent the product back within 30 days of delivery and with the original packaging and the product packaging may not be damaged or opened, and the jewelry may not been worn. But the buyer (you) have to pay for the return shipping. You will get a full refund within 5 business days after i have receive the package undamaged and unused.
- If it is damaged or broken:
Please contact me first within 14 days of delivery and please add a image from the damaged or broken order (if you can). So you don't have to ship the order back to me. You will get a full refund within 5 business days.

Information in collect:
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of item, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why i need your information and how i use it:

Information sharing and disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
* Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
* Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

The length of time he keeps personal information:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 2 years.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions.
