I can't unfortunately replace any order / product. Most orders are handmade by me, and i don't have a big stock from every item. - If the buyer (you) don't like the item: You can only return the product if you did not opened or damaged the product package, and did not worn the jewelry. Or i can't accept returns. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery so i know that you want to sent the product back to me. - You have to sent the product back within 21 days of delivery and with the original packaging and the product packaging may not be damaged or opened, and the jewelry may not been worn. But the buyer (you) have to pay for the return shipping. You will get a full refund within 5 business days after i have receive the package undamaged and unused. - If it is damaged or broken: Please contact me first within 14 days of delivery and please add a image from the damaged or broken order (if you can). So you don't have to ship the order back to me. You will get a full refund within 5 business days.

Digital items used for hobby, fun and/or education. They are .ZIP files with PDFs, JPGs and PNGs and will be mailed to you directly to your e-mail after purchase. Physical items are generally shipped with PostNL Postal Service. All products are shipped in a timely manner, and most are shipped within 24 hours. (.ZIP files are usually e-mailed much faster.)

If you realize that you made a mistake in your order once you've placed it (for example, you put down the wrong E-mail address or accidentally ordered wrong item), Just click on "Contact Seller" next to the product, or send me a message: [email protected] to let me know as soon as possible! That way, I'll hopefully be able to fix the issue before I ship/sent your order.

Digital File Shipping Guarantee: .ZIP files are digital items and will be e-mailed to your e-mail address within 24 hours of your purchase. Please provide the correct e-mail address at your time of purchase. (Please note that if you order more than five Digital files in a 24 hour period, it may take up to 48 hours to deliver.) This does not guarantee that you will not receive it in your Spam folder. If you think you have not received an item, please check your spam first.
